Week in review: Mad -- Made In Helmikuu

Another week has passed, and it's best not to dwell on it too much. WordPress has proven to be a problem once again, by yet more WP sites being hacked and updates breaking more sites from functioning properly. Great. I'm back with running, which has been pretty good, even though I've been slow. My old iPhone 4S is acting up. It doesn't like if I use Spotify and take photos at the same time.

Blogger highlight interviewed Jutta Rikola, who runs a popular interior and DIY blog for a hobby. Jutta is an Art Director in an ad agency, but blogging has brought her other job opportunities besides that. As an example she writes a column for an interior magazine nowadays. Read the whole interview for more information about Jutta and her blogging tips for you.

Twitter appears to be planning to go down the slippery slope of censorship. It's unfortunate and disappointing, too many social media platforms, such as Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook, are censoring their content and users already. You might think it's a good thing, keeping things clean. But censoring causes more problems than does any good. That's always the case.

Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) is pure awesome. It's a feminist movie with riding and explosions and dang it looks great. It proves that not everything must be explained for a story to work. The movie has very little dialogue and for example Max, for having been alone for such a long time, just keeps muttering to himself.
