Day 1: Laughter (#BlogFlash2013)

Mar 02, 2013 · 1 min read

It can be joyful, it can be real, it can be funny, it can make you and everyone else around you feel great. It can be mean, it can be false, it can annoy, you can hurt with it.

Once I was pretty much forced to take part on laughter yoga. It was weird. It was too phony for me.

A good laugh feels like it has healing powers. A good, genuine laugh.
